Active Ageing Centre (AAC)
Our AACs offer a variety of programmes and activities that encourage seniors to remain active, engaged, and socially connected. They create opportunities for seniors to keep physically and mentally stimulated, discover new interests, and build meaningful connections with fellow seniors.

Our partnered SCCs offer a comprehensive suite of eldercare services, including Maintenance Day Care, Dementia Day Care, Day Rehabilitation, Active Rehabilitation, and Community Rehabilitation.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) and Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) have organised the sector into sub-regions, each anchored by Integrated Community Care Provider networks to provide care for seniors.
ICCPs in a sub-region comprises the following “baseline” service providers:
